Account access

• Verify your email address before signing in for the first time.
• Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page if you cannot access your account.
• One account can be used as both a customer and a provider; you do not need a second login.

Posting and managing a task

• Choose a service, describe the work and provide the area and preferred timing.
• A submitted task is reviewed before it becomes visible to suitable providers.
• A task can be edited while it is awaiting approval. Once published, use the available cancellation controls if plans change.

Messages and offers

• A provider begins with a message. Reply to open the conversation and clarify the work.
• The provider can then send a structured offer with the agreed price and schedule.
• Compare your options and accept one offer when ready. Payment is agreed directly with the provider.

Provider profiles and verification

• Complete all required business, contact, service and service-area information before submitting your profile.
• A draft or pending profile cannot contact customers or submit offers.
• If Tarvigo requests changes, update the relevant profile sections and resubmit them for review.

Privacy and safety

• A customer’s exact address and contact details stay hidden until an offer is accepted.
• Keep passwords and payment-card information out of messages and support emails.
• Report suspicious behaviour, unlawful content or a safety concern to support@tarvigo.com.

Email support@tarvigo.com and include the email address connected to your account and any relevant task or offer details. Do not include passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Urgent situations

Tarvigo support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger in Finland, call 112. For unlawful content or a safety concern on Tarvigo, contact support@tarvigo.com with the relevant details.
