Terms of Service

1. Tarvigo’s role

Tarvigo provides a digital marketplace where customers can post tasks and verified providers can make offers and communicate about a possible service. Tarvigo is not a party to the service agreement formed between a customer and a provider.

Tarvigo does not process, hold or settle payments between customers and providers. Price, invoicing, taxes, insurance, permits, the service’s performance and any remedy are agreed directly between the customer and the provider.

2. Using the service

You must provide accurate, current information, keep your login details secure and use Tarvigo lawfully and respectfully. You may not post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe or infringing material, misuse another person’s information, or interfere with the service.

• Customers are responsible for describing their task accurately and for their choices when comparing or accepting a provider’s offer.
• Providers must be entitled and suitably qualified to provide the services they offer, keep their business and contact details accurate, and comply with applicable consumer, tax, safety, licensing and other legal obligations.
• A provider may submit offers only after Tarvigo has activated the provider profile. Verification improves marketplace trust; it is not a guarantee of a provider’s performance or suitability for every task.

3. Content, moderation and decisions

Tarvigo may review, restrict, remove or preserve content and suspend or close access where reasonably necessary to operate a safe, lawful marketplace, enforce these terms, respond to a valid report or comply with law. Where required, Tarvigo will provide reasons and a way to ask for review of a content or account decision.

• If you believe content or a service is illegal, report it to support@tarvigo.com with enough detail for Tarvigo to assess it.
• Tarvigo may retain relevant information for safety, dispute handling, fraud prevention, audit or legal obligations, including after an account is closed.

4. Availability and liability

Tarvigo aims to keep the marketplace available and secure, but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Subject to that law, Tarvigo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, service quality, payments or disputes of customers or providers.

5. Changes and applicable law

Tarvigo may update these terms when the service, law or security needs change. Material changes will be notified in advance where required. Finnish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Consumers may seek advice from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services or use other statutory dispute-resolution routes where applicable.
