How Tarvigo works

From a clear task to the right provider

Tarvigo gives customers and local providers one clear place to describe work, discuss the details and agree an offer. Posting a task is free and you decide whether to proceed.

Describe your task

Choose a service, explain what you need and add your preferred location and timing.

Discuss and compare

Reply to providers, clarify the scope and compare structured offers in one place.

Choose with confidence

Accept the offer that suits you, coordinate the work and review the provider afterwards.

01

For customers

Start with the work you need rather than searching through business directories.

  • Describe the task, area and preferred schedule; photos are optional.
  • Your task is reviewed before it reaches suitable providers.
  • Reply to opening messages, discuss the details and compare offers.
  • Accept one offer when you are ready. Receiving a message or offer does not commit you.

02

For providers

Providers choose the services and areas they cover, so opportunities stay relevant.

  • Complete a business profile and submit it for Tarvigo review.
  • Discover published tasks that match your services and area.
  • Start with a message, agree the scope and then submit a structured offer.
  • Complete accepted work and build your reputation through customer reviews.

03

What Tarvigo provides

The marketplace supports a clear process from discovery to completion.

  • Structured task creation, with optional AI assistance for drafting.
  • Business-profile review before a provider can contact customers.
  • Private messaging, comparable offers and retained task records.
  • Moderation, reporting tools and support when something needs attention.

04

What you agree directly

The service agreement remains between the customer and the provider.

  • The parties agree the final scope, price, payment method and practical arrangements.
  • Tarvigo does not collect, hold or settle payments between customers and providers.
  • Providers remain responsible for the qualifications, permits, insurance and taxes their work requires.
  • Tarvigo support is not an emergency service; call 112 if someone is in immediate danger in Finland.
